Every person and family who walks through our doors is on a unique journey. To provide them with support, we focus on creating solutions specific to their most critical needs with the following programs: transitional housing (Hope House), English language program, and asylum seeker assistance program.
People Served
Hope House is the first American home for up to 13 asylum seekers in Greater Portland Maine. In 2022, 244 students from 34 countries enrolled in language classes and more than 1,450 people were supported by the asylum seeker assistance program.
